RAI has issued approximately 3,500 license agreements on behalf of breeders worldwide. License agreements are tailor-made for each client. RAI determines the royalty rate and the associated license conditions in close consultation with the breeder. With many years of expertise combined with our international network, we are at home everywhere. We combine our knowledge of the sector and of the crops to our legal knowledge. We follow the developments in the field of the Intellectual property laws and regulations closely. In short, we know better than most what requirements a functional and future-proof license agreement must accomplish.

RAI has a unique online database where the breeder can follow the progress of his contracts and reports and can be up to date of the current state of affairs.
