Effective January 1, 2026, the directorship of Royalty Administration International Japan Ltd. (RAI Japan) will be transferred from Mr. Atsuhiro Meno to Mr. Nobuo Hirose. This change marks a new phase in strengthening RAI’s presence and operational continuity in Japan, particularly in the areas of monitoring, inspections & auditing, and royalty administration services.
